Dr. P. Vijaya Bhaskar
Dr. P. Vijaya Bhaskar is a Renewable Energy Scientist, Mechanical Engineer, Inventor, and Entrepreneur with expertise spanning ocean energy, wind energy, solar energy, sustainable engineering, and renewable power systems.
Holding a Ph.D. in Transportation, Dr. Bhaskar is the inventor of a patented ocean wave energy turbine system and is dedicated to advancing innovative technologies that can contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future.

Building India’s Coastal Ocean Wave Energy Corridor
Our aim is to deploy the Universal Dual Wheel Turbine System (UDWTS®) along approximately 5,000 kilometres of India’s coastline, extending from Gujarat to West Bengal, creating a large-scale coastal corridor for the generation of clean and sustainable ocean wave energy.
Through this ambitious initiative, Samudra Green Energy Private Limited seeks to:
